Remove panel assemblies (1) and (3). Open door assemblies (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and harness assembly (5).

Disconnect hose assemblies (6), (10), and (11). Disconnect harness assemblies (7) and (9). Remove all clamps (8).

Disconnect hose assemblies (13) and (14). Disconnect harness assemblies (12) and remove all mounting hardware.

Remove bolts (16) and position bracket assembly (15) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to center door assembly (17). The weight of center door assembly (17) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).
Remove bolts (18) and center door assembly (17).

Disconnect all hose assemblies (20) and harness assemblies (19) from the piston pumps.

Remove hand rail assembly (21) and panel assembly (22).

Use two people to remove door assembly (23).

Remove tube assembly (24). Disconnect hose assembly (25).

Position Tooling (B) and suitable blocking to support the engine. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (B).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to torque converter (28). The weight of torque converter (28) is approximately 1996 kg (4400 lb).

Remove bolts (30) and cap (29). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (31). Use two of bolts (31) as forcing bolts to separate torque converter (28) from the engine. Remove torque converter (28) from the machine.
