Use bolts (28) and the washers in order to install plate (29) to the non-engine end frame.
Tighten bolts (28) to a torque of 240 40 N m (180 30 lb ft).

Use three bolts (21) and the washers in order to secure plate (22) to pin (27), as shown.
Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).
Position Tooling (E) through the small hole near the center of plate (22) .
Measure the distance from the bottom surface of plate (22) to the pin.
Measure the thickness of plate (22) and subtract that amount from the original distance that was measured. This determines the amount of shims that is needed under plate (22) .

Remove plate (22) and add the measured amount of shims from Step 53.
Install plate (22) .
Install six bolts (21) and the washers.
Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).

Use Tooling (E) in order to measure the distance from the upper hitch pin (27) to the top of the flange on the top of the upper hitch on the engine end frame. Note: The distance will determine the shim pack that is required for the upper plate.

Remove plate (25) and add the amount of shims (26) from Step 58.
Install plate (25) and bolts (24) .
Install six bolts (23) and the washers.
Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 51 lb ft).

Install bracket assembly (17), four bolts (16), and the washers.

Install bracket assembly (15) with the two valves.
Install four bolts (14) and the washers.

Connect tube assembly (11), (12), and (13) .

Connect hose assemblies (9) at bracket (10) .

Connect tube assembly (7) to upper hitch (8) .

Connect wiring harness (5) .
Install two bolts (6) and the clamp.

Connect hose assembly (3) to bracket (4) .

Connect hose assemblies (1) at relief valve (2) .
Fill the hydraulic tank for the implement and the braking system. The capacity of the implement and braking hydraulic tank is 173 L (45 US gal).
Fill the hydraulic tank for the steering system and for the hydraulic fan. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank for the steering and hydraulic fan is 132 L (35 US gal).End By:
