Use two people or use nylon lifting straps and a hoist in order to install engine front support (5) on the trunnion. The weight of front support (5) is 26 kg (57 lb). Install ten bolts (4) that secure front support (5) to the trunnion.

Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the engine on the front engine support.

Install two bolts (3) that secure the engine front support to the machine frame.

Install swivel (2) in position and install two clamps (1). Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts of clamps (1). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 20 7 N m (15 5 lb ft).End By: Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Install". The information is in this manual.
