Loosen hose clamp (2) and hose clamp (3) in order to remove pre-cleaner (1). Repeat this step for the remaining pre-cleaner.

Remove baffles (4).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (5). The weight of panel assembly (5) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove panel assembly (5).

Loosen hose clamp (6) in order to disconnect the hose. Disconnect hose clip (7) from the top radiator tank. Remove hose assembly (8).

Disconnect harness assemblies (10) and clips (9). Cut cable straps (11).

Remove hose assemblies (12).

Remove hose (13). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Cut cable strap (14). Loosen hose clamp (15) in order to disconnect hose (16). Disconnect hose clamps (17) and set the hoses aside.

Loosen clamps (19) and remove tube assembly (18). Repeat this step for the opposite side. Note: Take appropriate precautions in order to ensure that the system is not contaminated when you are removing tube assembly (18).

Disconnect harness assembly (20). Cut cable strap (21) and cable straps (22) in order to disconnect harness assembly (20) from the air cleaner assembly.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (24) and support assembly (25). The combined weight of support assembly (24), support assembly (25), radiator top tank (23), and the air cleaner assemblies is approximately 142 kg (313 lb).
Remove bolts (26) and bolts (27).
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove radiator top tank (23), support assembly (24), support assembly (25), and the air cleaner assemblies as one unit.

Remove support assembly (24) and support assembly (25) from radiator top tank (23). Remove air cleaner assemblies (28). Installation Procedure
Install radiator top tank (23) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
Tighten clamps (19) to a torque of 7.5 1.0 N m (66.38 8.85 lb in).
Tighten hose clamp (15) to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75.23 8.85 lb in).
Tighten hose clamp (6) to a torque of 1.4 0.3 N m (12.39 2.66 lb in).
Tighten hose clamp (3) to a torque of 4.5 1.0 N m (39.83 8.85 lb in).
Tighten hose clamp (2) to a torque of 4.5 1.0 N m (39.83 8.85 lb in).
