start by:a) remove bucket 1. With the stick fully extended, lower the boom on to tooling (A). Lower the stick to the ground. Stop the engine.2. Remove the bolts (2), spacer and bar from the rod end pin. Fasten a hoist to cylinder (1). Put a block between the bucket cylinder lines on the boom. Remove the rod end pin. Lower the cylinder on to the block. 3. To release the oil pressure in the bucket cylinder circuit, slowly open screw (3) 1/2 turn until the oil pressure is released. Tighten the screw. Slowly open screw (4) 1/2 turn until the oil pressure is released. Tighten the screw. 4. Disconnect the two oil lines for the bucket cylinder. Use the flanges and bolts that were removed from the oil lines, and install tooling (B) in oil lines (5). Remove bolts (6) and cap from the pin. 5. Fasten a hoist to the stick. Remove the pin from the stick and boom with tooling (C). Remove the stick and bucket cylinder as a unit. The weight of the unit is 2250 lb. (1013 kg).6. Start the engine. Remove tooling (A) from under the boom. Lower the boom to the ground. Stop the engine.Install Stick
1. Start the engine and lift the boom. Put tooling (A) in position and lower the boom on to tooling (A). Stop the engine. 2. Fasten a hoist to the stick, bucket cylinder (1) and linkage (2). Put the unit in position on the boom. Install pin in the stick and boom with the cap (5) and bolts (4) that hold the pin in place.3. Release the oil pressure in the bucket cylinder circuit. Remove the flanges and tooling (B) from oil lines (3). Connect the two oil lines from the bucket cylinder to the lines on the boom. 4. Fasten a hoist to stick cylinder (6). Lift the cylinder until the bore in the rod is in alignment with the bore in the stick. Install pin (7). Install the bar, spacer and bolts that hold the pin in place. 5. Start the engine. Lift the boom and remove tooling (A). Lower the boom to the ground.end by:a) install bucket
