Attach a suitable lifting device to engine oil pump (12). The weight of engine oil pump (12) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install the O-ring seal on engine oil pump (12). Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal immediately prior to installation.
Install engine oil pump (12) into the drive on the front housing. Install bolts (11).
Ensure that the O-ring seal is in position. Connect the flange to the engine oil pan and install bolts (13).
Ensure that the O-ring seal is in position. Install elbow (9) and bolts (10) on engine oil pump (12).

Ensure that the gaskets are in position on adapter (7). Install adapter (7) and bolts (8).
Connect flange (2) to adapter (7) and install bolts (1).
Ensure that the gasket is in position. Connect the tube assembly and the flange to adapter (7). Install bracket (5). Install bolts (4) and (3).
Install tube assembly (6) and the clamp assemblies.
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change". End By:
Install the fuel transfer pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Transfer Pump - Install".
