Move machine power switch (11) into the ON position. After the home screen is shown on display (20), press, and hold push to start switch (10). Release the switch when the engine starts.

Actuate screen unlock switch (21) to enable the touch screen on the display.Note: When the display is enabled, an LED next to the screen unlock switch is illuminated.

Tap status icon (22) to enter the status screen.

Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Press rpm increase switch (23) once to operate the engine in high idle.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (24). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 45 10 °C (113 18 °F).
Press rpm decrease switch (8) once to operate the engine in low idle.

Use right conveyor speed dial (32) to adjust the right conveyor speed to 100 percent. Right conveyor speed value (36) is shown on the display.
Use"+" icon (39) for the right auger speed to adjust the right auger speed to 100 percent.
Use"+" icon (38) for the left auger speed to adjust the left auger speed to 100 percent.
Tap"OK" icon (37) to save the new values.
Depress auto switches (34) and (35) for the right and left auger.
Depress auto switch (33) for the right conveyor.

Squeeze trigger (40), and move propel lever (4) into the forward range.
Use Tool (A) to record the speed of the right auger, the left auger, and the right conveyor.
Move propel lever (4) into the NEUTRAL position.Note: If necessary, perform a regeneration cycle before the engine is stopped.
Press and hold push to start switch (10). Release the switch when the engine stops.
Move machine power switch (11) to the OFF position.
Close deck plate (12), and secure deck plate with latch (13).
Analyze the recorded speed readings. The speed specifications are given in the specifications section above. If the speed readings were within the specified ranges, the system is operating within design parameters. If any speed is less than the specified range, test margin pressure. Refer to Systems Operation Testing and Adjusting, Piston Pump (Auxiliary) - Margin Pressure - Test and Adjust. If margin pressure was adjusted, perform this test again. If margin pressure was within specification, troubleshoot the pump and motors for excessive case drain leakage.
