Assembly Procedure
Check the condition of all O-ring seals. If any O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Install any plugs or any fittings that were removed.

Assemble relief valve (2) .

Install valve (29), plate (28), spring (24) and shim (23) in the valve body.
Install O-ring seal (27) on retainer assembly (26). Install retainer assembly (26) and tighten locknut (22) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).
Install O-ring seals (25) on the valve body.
Install relief valve (2). The installation torque for relief valve (2) is 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).

Install spring (19) and spool (18) .
Install O-ring seals (17) and (20) on plugs (5) and (21). Install plugs (5) and (21) .

Install spring (13) and spool (14) .
Install O-ring seals (12) and (15) on plugs (3) and (16). Install plugs (3) and (16) .

Install O-ring seals (10) and backup rings (11) on cartridge assemblies (7) and (8) .

Install cartridge assemblies (7) and (8). The installation torque for cartridge assemblies (7) and (8) is 108 7 N m (80 5 lb ft).

Install coil assemblies (1) and (4). Install the washers and locknuts (6) and (9). Tighten the locknuts to a torque of 2.85 0.05 N m (25.22 .44 lb in).End By: Install the ride control diverter valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Diverter Valve (Ride Control) - Install".
