StudThe new rod and two studs replace the former rod. The shorter end of the stud should be threaded into the 1A-9252 Adjustment Rod End. Torque the stud to 40 8 N m (30 5.9 lb ft). Thread the 6V-8183 Full Nut onto the longer end of the stud. Then, thread the longer end of the stud into the new control rod.The change is effective with (S/N: ABK673-UP; ACL831-UP). The change is adaptable to (S/N: ABK1-672; ACL1-830; 7TL1-UP; 8BL1-UP).
