Install O-ring seal (29) on plug (26). Install spool (27) and spring (28) in plate (18).

Install plug (26) in plate (18). Tighten plug (26) to a torque of 36 5 N m (27 4 lb ft).
Install orifice (22B). Tighten orifice (22B) to a torque of 1.8 0.2 N m (15.9 1.8 lb in).
Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

Install O-ring seal (25) on plug (23). Install spring (24) in plate (18).

Install fittings (22) in plate (18).

Install plugs (20) in the cover. Install O-ring seal (21) in plate (18).

Install plate (18) with bolts (19). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 14 2 N m (10 1 lb ft).

Install shims (17), as required. Install O-ring seal (15) on seat (16). Install seat (16) in cover (1).
Install cover (14) on cover (1) with bolts (13). Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 62 7 N m (46 5 lb ft).

Install two pistons (10) in cylinder (6). Install piston (12). Install orifice (11). Install O-ring seals (9) in cylinder (6).

Install cylinder (6) with bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 62 7 N m (46 5 lb ft).
Install pins (8).
Install bearing (7) in cover (1).

Carefully position cover (1) on the pump housing. Install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 165 15 N m (122 11 lb ft).

Install the main hydraulic pump in the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Hydraulic Pump - Install".
