(C) Reduced pilot oil Note: The secondary steering system is only on the 824K Wheel Dozer.Pilot oil from the brake combination valve (2) flows through a shuttle valve (3) to the STIC steering pilot valve (4). When the STIC lever is moved left or right, the respective valve spool moves in the pilot control valve. The pilot oil flows past the pilot control valve spools through the neutralizer valves (5) and quad check valve to the steering control valve.The neutralizer valves block pilot oil flow to the steering control valve when the machine makes a maximum turn (either left or right).
