Information:
Maneuver around large objects to load or unload. Driving over large objects may damage the transmission case.
Straddle Loading

For efficient loading, leave a ridge between the cuts.Note: The ridges should fit in the distance between the scraper tires.
On succeeding passes, pick up the ridges at a depth below previous cuts. This will leave ridges. Repeat the cycle until the finished depth is reached.Push-Pull Loading
Never triple load. Triple loading causes frame damage.
Push-pull loading should only be done on level terrain.
Position the first machine in the cut. Move the cushion-hitch control switch to the OFF position. Line up the machines. One machine should be directly ahead of the other machine.
Start loading the first machine while the back machine is maneuvering into position. Make sure that the two machines are in a straight line.
Drive the rear machine forward. Contact the front machine as gently as possible.
Move the bail control switch of the rear machine to the LOWER position.
Load the front machine first by using the back machine as a pusher. Do not make your cut too deep. Keep the wheels of the machine from slipping by applying the differential lock.
Raise the bowl of the front machine when the front machine is loaded. Raising the bowl signals the rear operator to load.
The operator of the back machine should steer the machine into the hook. Jerking will be reduced.
Lower the back machine's bowl, and continue the cut that was made by the front machine. The front machine will assist the back machine as the back machine is being loaded.
Raise the back machine's bowl when the back machine is loaded.
Increase the speed of the back machine. Move the bail control to the RAISE position.
The operator of the back machine should pull the back machine to the left. The operator of the front machine will know that the machines are disconnected.
Move the cushion-hitch control switch to the ON position.
Operate the machines in an independent manner while going through the hauling cycles.
