1 6 322-5831 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces of the bolt with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
2 8 374-8111 Band Clamp Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces of the band clamp with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Use the following procedure to tighten four clamp assemblies:
1. Tighten the band clamp to 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
2. Gently tap around the band clamp with a soft hammer.
3. Again, tighten the band clamp to 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
3 6 268-4770 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces of the bolt with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
4 4 374-8146 Bellows As Ensure that the bellows are installed in the proper direction as marked on the bellows by an arrow.
Ensure that the distance between the convolutions is uniform.
