Controls Active Test
A Controls Active Test is forced on a particular implement when the following occurs:Note: A control must be in the NEUTRAL position for 400 ms before movement will be allowed.
The ECM powers up.
The engine is cranked.
An active fault is present on that implement.
The implement lockout function moves from the LOCKED position to the UNLOCKED position.
A calibration for that implement is completed. If, an implement fails a controls active test then that particular implement is locked out.Secondary Steer Test Switch

Secondary steer test switch
Illustration 22 g01314338
Connections of the secondary steer test switch The secondary steering test switch enables the operator to perform a test of the secondary steering system. The switch is a two pole double throw rocker switch. One pole of the switch is used for the secondary steering test of the signal circuit. The other pole is not used. The switch input of the circuit is connected to a switch to ground input contact at the Implement ECM. The pull up voltage of the ECM holds the circuit high. When the switch is actuated, the circuit is grounded through the switch. When the Implement ECM detects the grounded circuit, the ECM will send a request for a secondary steering test. The request will be sent to the Transmission/Chassis ECM. If the secondary steering system does not respond, an event code will be activated. The secondary steering test of the switch circuit is not monitored for diagnostics by the Implement ECM.Blade Constant Down Force Enable Switch

Blade constant down force enable switch
Illustration 24 g01333779
Input connections of the blade constant down force enable switchThe blade constant down force enable switch signals the Implement ECM when the activation of the blade down force is requested by the operator. The switch provides ground inputs to the ECM. One pole of the switch is used to provide the two inputs to the ECM. The other switch pole is not used. During normal operation, one of the switch inputs is open to ground. The other input is closed to the return circuit of the ECM.The Implement ECM expects one of the switch input of the circuits to be grounded at all times. The ECM will activate a diagnostic code for the switch circuits if the following occurs:
Both of the switch circuits are grounded at same time
Both of the switch circuits are open at the same timeThe Implement ECM enables the blade down force system, while the ECM detects an ON input circuit that is grounded. For more information on the operation of the blade down force system, refer to the Systems Operation, "Features" Section of this manual.Pilot Oil Supply Filter Bypass Switch
