The following procedure must be used in order to install the 210-2540 Bellows As on the serial numbers that are listed above.Installation Procedure

(1) Exhaust elbow (2) Support bracket

Install support bracket (2). Loosely tighten mounting bolts (3) .Note: The mounting bolts must be left loose allowing for movement during the process of aligning the parts.

(4) Mounting hardware that attaches the exhaust elbow to the support bracket
Install exhaust elbow (1) onto the support bracket.

Install bellows assembly (5) onto exhaust elbow (1). Ensure that the bellows assembly is aligned properly.

(6) Outlet line of the compressor to the aftercooler (7) Left side turbocharger

(8) Mounting hardware that secures the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold
Install turbocharger (7) and loosely secure the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
Connect outlet line (6) to turbocharger (7) .

Install bellows assembly (5) onto exhaust elbow (1). Ensure that the bellows assembly is aligned properly.

(9) Outlet line of the compressor to the aftercooler (10) Right side turbocharger
Install turbocharger (10) and loosely secure the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
Connect outlet line (9) to turbocharger (10) .
Torque all hardware to the specification as you are checking for proper alignment. Begin with the parts that were assembled in Step 1 and work through the parts that were assembled in Step 8.
