ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect each lift cylinder by measuring the length from the lift cylinder pin to edge of the cylinder barrel (Dimension A) and measure the rod diameter. Refer to Image1. Refer to Image2 for the location of Dimension A.
- For 924K machines, verify a rod diameter of 60mm only.
- For 930K and 938K machines, verify the barrel length (dimension A) and rod diameter.
If the incorrect lift cylinder is found, refer to TEBE1966, Service Letter, PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE INCORRECT LIFT CYLINDERS ON CERTAIN 924K, 930K, AND 938K SMALL WHEEL LOADERS", for the replacement Rework Procedure.
