Sound levels will vary depending on the configuration of the generator set and the final installation of the generator set.Refer to the following for sound levels:
The sound pressure level of a complete generator set (including the radiator) at 1 meter is 107 dB(A) for the noisiest configuration when "ISO 8528-10:1998(E) clause 14" is used at 75 percent of the rated power.
The sound power level of a complete generator set (including the radiator) that is not covered by the "European Union Directive 2000/14/EC" is 118 dB(A) for the noisiest configuration when "ISO 8528-10:1998(E) clause 13" is used at 75 per cent of the rated power.
The sound pressure level of a partly completed generator set (excluding the radiator) at 1 meter is 104 dB(A) for the noisiest configuration when "ISO 8528-10:1998(E) clause 14" is used at 75 percent of the rated power.
The sound power level of a partly completed generator set (excluding the radiator) is 114 dB(A) for the noisiest configuration when "ISO 8528-10:1998(E) clause 13" is used at 75 percent of the rated power.Note: The preceding sound levels are emission levels. The preceding sound levels are not necessarily safe sound levels. There is a correlation between the emission levels and the level of exposure.
