To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the pressure in the air system is zero before any air lines are disconnected.
2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2) from the automatic lubrication pump.3. Remove three bolts (4).4. Fasten a hoist to automatic lubrication pump (3), and remove it from the machine. The weight of the automatic lubrication pump is 23 kg (51 lb). The following steps are for installation of the automatic lubrication pump.5. Fasten a hoist to automatic lubrication pump (3), and put it in position on the machine.6. Install three bolts (4) to hold the pump in place.7. Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) to the automatic lubrication pump.
