SHIM 9W6641 - Caterpillar

1. Remove 12 screws (1). Move panel assembly (2) out and away from the heater group. 2. Remove the nut and clip (6) from the heater group.3. Disconnect two wire harnesses (4).4. Remove the nuts, brackets (5) and fan motors (3) from the heater group. The following steps are for installation of the air conditioning and heating fan motors.5. Put fan motors (3) and brackets (5) in position in the heater group, and install the nuts that hold them.6. Connect two wire harnesses (4).7. Put clip (6) in position to hold the wire harnesses in place, and install the nut that holds it.8. Put panel assembly (2) in position on the heater group, and install 12 screws (1).
