Use six bolts (5) in order to install the through shaft and the yoke to the axle housing. Be sure to install the gasket.

Turn the axle so that shaft (4) is in the vertical position. Install Tooling (A) under the axle housing in order to prevent the axle from turning.

Use Tooling (B) in order to attach a suitable hoist to yoke (1) of the differential housing. The weight of the differential housing is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Install the differential housing and the gasket onto the axle housing. Make sure that shaft (4) seats inside the differential housing. Install 14 bolts (2) .
Remove Tooling (B) .End By: Install the center axle on the machine. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Center Drive Axle - Install".
