Pilot valve (13) directs pilot oil to the control valve for the swing pump. The swing system proportional pilot limiting solenoid valve that is mounted in pilot manifold (24) is used in order to limit the maximum pilot pressure to the actuator piston in swing pump (21) .This maximum pressure varies according to the power mode that is selected. Once a power mode is selected the setting of the proportional pilot limiting solenoid valve remains constant.
