This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1342" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1342" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
This program must be done in conjunction with PI1329 dated April 25, 1997 whenever possible.
Problem
The 1114203 Stiffener Plate may have been omitted from the rops cab on certain 12H, 120H, and 140H Motor Graders that were manufactured in Australia. A new stiffer plate will be is available for reinforcing the ROPS.

New stiffener plates are to be welded in locations shown on Illustrations in Figure 1 and Figure 2. using the 5MT6479 Template provided. See the attached rework procedure.
