Use a suitable lifting device to remove manifold (suction) (2) . Refer to Table 2 for the approximate weight of manifold (suction) (2) . Remove bolts (1) and manifold (suction) (2) .

Remove O-ring seals (3) .Installation Procedure
Install manifold (suction) (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to O-ring seals (3) .
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 494 N m (364 lb ft).
