Certain 9L9216 Plunger and Barrel Assemblies need to be removed from parts stock so that they can be recalibrated.
Action Required
Remove all 9L9216 Plunger and Barrel Assemblies with a date code prior to September 20, 1993 from parts stock. The date code is located at the bottom of the part number label on the parts box. The two examples below show how the date codes appear.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 9L9216 Plunger and Barrel Assemblies removed from parts stock.
US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a parts stock claim use 99Z00007 in the Product Identification Number Field.

Return all 9L9216 Plunger and Barrel Assemblies that are removed from parts stock and a copy of the claim to:
