Assembly Procedure
Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Clean all parts. Replace all parts that are damaged.

Put clean engine oil on all parts of the valve before assembly.
Install the piston (6) in the body (5). Install the piston with the shorter end of the piston toward the inside of the body. The piston must move freely inside the body.
Install the spring (7) and the piston (2) in the piston (6). The piston (6) must move freely in piston (6).
Install piston (8) and the spring (9) in the body (5).
Install the O-ring seal (1) in the body (5). Note: Ensure that the spring (9) fits into the counterbore in the cover (3) when the cover is installed.
Put the cover (3) in position on the body (5). Install the bolts (4). End By:
Install the priority valve.
