This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1382" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code.Exception:If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1382LB" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The bracket that holds the tilt cylinder hoses can move out of location and break on certain 992G Wheel Loaders. If the bracket is broken and a tilt cylinder hose fails, this can allow the hose to hit the cab window. A new retention cable needs to be installed on these machines.

Replace the steel bracket, with retention cable shown in the illustrtaions.
