Additional Machine Settings
When the machine is equipped with the Production Measurement Application, additional machine settings may be available within the monitoring system. The additional settings are located in the Payload setting list.
Illustration 6 g03719710Weigh Range - This allows the operator to select the lower limit of the weight recording range as well as the span of the recording range.
To adjust the recording range, select the "+" and "-" icons to increment or decrement the weighing range in 1% intervals.
To adjust the beginning of the range, select the "+" and "-" icons to increment or decrement the "Lower Limit" setting in 1% intervals. For reference, the current Lift Cylinder and the weigh range percentage is shown near the setting.Printer Tickets (if equipped) - This allows the operator to select the number of truck tickets printed when the store button is pressed. The operator can select OFF, 1, 2, or 3 tickets be printed.Tip-Off Settings - This allows the operator to change the tip-off settings. The operator can select between manual and automatic triggers and select between stockpile and truck tip-off mode. See "Tip-Off Weighing" section for more detailsWeight Units - This allows the operator to select between TONS (T) and LBS X 1000 (klb) as the scale system measurement units. This option is only shown when the Graphical Display units are set to English. Metric Tons is the default measurement unit when the Graphical Display is set to Metric units.List Management - This allows the operator to program and adjust the material ID list and truck ID list. The operator can select the appropriate list, add additional trucks or materials, and edit or delete existing trucks or materials.Simplified Payload Mode - This allows the operator to simplify the main payload screen.
