Removal Procedure

Shut down the engine, relieve the oil pressure, and remove the oil line assembly (8) from the accumulator.

Remove bolt (13), washer (14), spacer (15), and bar (16). Then swing strap (17) to the side.

Remove bolts (9) with hard washer (10) from plate (11) .

Remove turbocharger accumulator group (18) .

Remove bolts (5) with hard washers (12) in order to remove plate (11) .

Remove bracket assembly (22) by removing bolts (19), hard washers (20), and nuts (21) .

Remove bolts (3), (4) with washers (7) and full nuts (6) to remove supports (22) .Installation Procedure

Attach plate (1) to the engine using four bolts (3), (4) with eight washers (7) and eight full nuts (6). Run the bolts on the bottom of plate (1) through block (2) and bracket assembly (22) as shown in Illustration 8

Install plate (11) using three bolts (5) with three washers (7) .

Install bracket assembly (22) by using two bolts (19), two hard washers (20), and two nuts (21) .

Install the turbocharger accumulator group (18) to plate (11) using three bolts (9) and three washers (10) .

Install strap (17) using bolt (13), washer (14), spacer (15), and bar (16) .

Install oil hose (8) from the bottom of the turbocharger accumulator group to the oil supply manifold.
