Remove bolts (5) and remove fuel manifold (rail) assembly (6). There are four bolts in total.

Remove fuel injection line assemblies (7). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Injection Lines - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (8). Loosen bolts (9). Remove plate (10) and the gasket (not shown).

Remove fuel manifold (rail) (11) from housing (12).

If necessary, remove relief valve (13). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Relief (Fuel) - Fuel Rail - Remove and Install". Installation Procedure

If necessary, Install relief valve (13). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Relief (Fuel) - Fuel Rail - Remove and Install".

Insert the fuel manifold (rail) (11) into the housing (12). Install bolts (5) (not shown) into housing (12) to align the fuel manifold (rail) (11).

Position the gasket (not shown) and plate (10) over the relief valve and against housing (12). Install and tighten bolts (8). Do not tighten bolts (9) at this time.

Install fuel injection line assemblies (7). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Injection Lines - Remove and Install".

Position fuel manifold (rail) assembly (6) to the engine. Hand-tighten fuel injection line assembly (3) at the cylinder head. Repeat for the remaining fuel injection line assemblies where connected to the cylinder head. Start bolts (5) by hand but do not tighten.

Tighten fuel injection line assemblies (3) where connected at cylinder head and at fuel manifold (rail) to a torque of 50 N m (37 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (5). Install caps (4)

Install heat exchanger.
