Solution
Ensure that the video connector on the back of the display is fully seated.
Check for power out of the display for all of the cameras. Check contact 1 (+24 VDC) and contact 2 (Ground).Individual Camera has no Video
Solution
Check for power at the suspect camera. Check contact 3 (+24 VDC) and contact 4 (Ground) at the connector on the camera.
Check the wires to the display for the suspect camera. Video of selected Camera does not Correspond to the Correct Side of the Truck
Solution
The connections in the electronics bay at the rear of the cab for the video harness are incorrect.
Channel 1 = Front Camera
Channel 2 = Right Camera
Channel 3 = Rear Camera
Channel 4 = Left CameraNote: The video harnesses have connections at the camera harness, the electronics bay, and the cab. On larger machines, there may be two sections of harness between the electronics bay and the camera.Display
The Display does not Power Up
The display should power up when the keyswitch is turned to the ON position. If the display does not power on when the key is turned to the ON position, check for the following problems.Solution
Ensure that the center connector on the display is fully seated.
Check for +24 VDC at contact 11 (+Battery) and contact 12 (Ground). Check for +24 VDC at contact 10 (+Keyswitch) and contact 12 (Ground), if voltage is present at both the display has failed. If voltage is not present, check the power connections in the electronics bay and ensure that the circuit breaker is set properly. Refer to the Electrical System Schematic for the system.The Screen of the Display is too Dim
The brightness is set to the minimum setting and auto dimming is activated in the configuration screen.Solution
Use the brightness button and the arrow button in order to increase the brightness level.The Screen of the Display is too Bright
The brightness for the display may be set too high.Solution
Use the brightness button and the arrow button in order to lower the brightness of the display.The Colors on the Display Appear Washed Out and Dim
The display is in night mode.Solution
Press and hold the brightness button for 2 seconds in order to disable night mode.The System Status is Red
A diagnostic code or an event are active.Solution
Check the diagnostic screen for the active code. Refer to the, "Diagnostic Codes" section of this manual for additional information.The System Status Indicator turns Yellow and the Object Detection Sensor Screen Dims after the Machine Travels Approximately 20 m (60 ft)
Solution
This indicates that the system has transitioned to the standby mode after the machine has traveled 20 m (60 ft), this is normal, and the indicator should turn green and the object detection sensor screen will begin to operate again after the machine has been stopped for approximately 15 seconds.No Video or Video does not Match the Selected Machine Position
