A     1U-7505     Hydraulic Jack     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install sensor assembly (12) and breather (13) on fuel tank (8) .

Use Tooling (A) to position fuel tank (8). The weight of fuel tank (8) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).Note: Make sure that the flange of the fill tube assembly is inserted into the top of fuel tank (8) as fuel tank (8) is raised into position.
Install bolts (11) .

Install ladder assembly (10) and bolts (9) .

Install bolts (7) in order to secure transmission oil cooler (6) to fuel tank (8) .

Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) .

Install bolts (2) in order to secure tube assembly (1) to the fuel tank.
Connect harness assembly (3) .
Fill the fuel tank with fuel. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
