DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE TWO SPEED MOTOR CONTROL VALVE
Start By:a) remove two speed motor valve1. Disassemble the two speed motor control valve as follows: a) Remove two bolts (1) and cover (2) from body (5). Remove O-ring seal (3) and shims (4) from cover (2).b) Remove guide (6) and two springs (7) from stem (8). Remove the stem (8) and the O-ring seal from body (5).c) Remove four pistons (9) and two O-ring seals (11) from body (10).2. Assemble the two speed motor valve as follows: a) Put a layer of SAE 10 oil on two O-ring seals (11) and on the four pistons (9). Install O-ring seals (11) and pistons (9) into body (10).b) Put a layer of clean SAE 10 oil on stem (8) and on the O-ring seal. Install the O-ring seal and stem (8) into body (5). Install guide (6) and springs (7) into stem (8).c) Put a layer of clean SAE 10 oil on O-ring seal (3). Install shims (8) and O-ring seal (3) into cover (2). Install cover (2) with bolts (1).End By:a) install two speed motor valveb) adjust two speed motor valve**See TWO SPEED MOTOR VALVE ADJUSTMENT in TESTING AND ADJUSTING.
