1. Attach a suitable lifting device as shown.2. Remove four nuts (1), washers, and counterweight assembly (2). The weight of the counterweight assembly is 295 Kg (650 lb). 3. Remove two bolts (3), and drawbar assembly (4). The weight of the drawbar assembly is 14 Kg (30 lb). 4. Attach a suitable device and remove counterweight (5). The weight of the counterweight is 50 Kg (110 lb).5. Repeat step 4 for the opposite counterweight. 6. Remove four taper lock studs (6). Install in reverse order.7. Apply 1E2026 thread sealant to four studs (6), and tighten to 400 60 N m (294 44 lb ft).8. Apply 1E2026 thread sealant to two bolts (3) that attach the drawbar assembly.End By:a. install ripper (if equipped)
