ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to RENR6475 Disassembly and Assembly Service Manual for 414E, 416E, 420E, 422E, 428E, 430E, 432E, 434E, 442E, and 444E Backhoe Loaders Power Train.
1) Disassemble carrier from axle housing.
2) Clean bushing OD and carrier ID area of oil and rust.
3) Apply a bead of 8T-9022 RTV Sealant around the base of the bushing in the axle housing.
4) Assemble carrier to housing and wipe off excess sealant inside the housing bore.
The pendulum bearing should be dry. Do NOT add grease when installing the pin.
