Installation Procedure

Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals slightly with clean engine oil prior to assembly.
Install two O-ring seals (5) and (6) .
Install two O-ring seals to the adapter (not shown). Lightly lubricate the bore for the engine oil cooler and the O-ring seals with glycerin. Install the adapter to the engine oil cooler (not shown).

Install engine oil cooler (5) and two bolts (4) .

Install bolt (3) .

Install the O-ring seal onto the bonnet (not shown). Lightly lubricate the O-ring seal with glycerin.
Install bonnet (1) and bolt (2) .
Fill the engine crankcase with oil. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the transmission oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Transmission Oil Cooler - Install".
