(6) 308-7534 Cover As Note: Ensure that the mounting surface is clean and free of grease before you install this cover.Note: The cab should be fully lowered and the bolts for the ROPS tightened before you proceed with the following step. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Cab Tilting".
Install cover (6). Start by aligning edges (X), (Y), and (Z) with the edges on the right side of the toe box on the cab. Remove the protective paper strip from the tape strip on edge (X) and press the tape strip in position. Repeat this task for the tape strip on edge (Y) and on edge (Z). See Illustration 50.Then, position the remainder of the cover around the ROPS post and along the right side of the canopy. Position edge (W) on the outside of the lower frame. Remove the protective paper strip from each tape strip and press the tape strip to the machine's surface. Install the edges of the cover to the canopy first. Then install the edges of the cover to the frame.Note: Do not remove the protective paper strip from more than one tape strip at a time in order to avoid contamination of the adhesive.
Reinstall the horn with bolt (L). See Illustration 49.Note: In order to reinstall the horn, cut a small hole in the cover for the mounting stud and for the wiring harness.Installing the 308-7535 Cover As
