Improper lifting or tiedowns can allow load to shift and can cause injury and damage.
Check all of the laws that govern the load characteristics (height, weight, width, and length).For the basic specifications of the machine, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Specifications".

Lifting Point - In order to lift the machine, attach the lifting devices to the four lifting points.
Tie Down Point - In order to tie down the machine, attach the tie-downs to the tie down points. Lifting the Machine
Use properly rated cables in order to lift the machine.Position the crane or the lifting device in order to lift the machine in a level position.The width of the spreader bar must be sufficient to prevent the lifting cables from contacting the machine. The spreader bar must be centered over the machine.Note: The machine must rest on the rotor in order to tie down the machine properly.
Fold the secondary conveyor before lifting or transporting the machine.
Lock secondary conveyor swing by the locking bar provided.
Place the cables in the four lifting eyes that are provided. These lifting eyes are identified on the machine by a symbol of a hook.Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Shipping the Machine" for more information.Tying Down the Machine
Block the tracks.
Lower machine to rest on rotor.
Place cables in the four tie down points that are provided.Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Shipping the Machine" for more information.
