Install bearing (8) into plate assembly (7). Install recoil pad (9) onto plate assembly (7) .

Install bolts (6) into pressure plate assembly (2) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install rod (5), plate assembly (4), and spring discs (3) into pressure plate assembly (2) .
Install nut (1) .
Ensure that all spring discs are concentric. Place a straightedge against spring discs and use a ruler in order to check concentricity. No spring disc is allowed to be more than 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) off-center.End By: Install the push-pull spring. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push-Pull Spring - Install".
