At operating temperature, the oil cooler system is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause serious personal injury. Allow the system to cool before performing any work.
1. Open the compartment covers over the differential. 2. Disconnect wire (1). 3. Remove two lines (2). Cap or plug the lines to prevent excess fluid loss and contamination.4. Remove three bolts (3) and the pump. The following steps are for the installation of the oil cooler pump.5. Put the pump in position and fasten with three bolts (3).6. Connect two lines (2).7. Connect wire (1).8. Fill the oil cooling system to the proper level.
