Position drum support (14) onto plate assembly (16) .

Install retaining plate (19) .Note: Fill the cavity of retaining plate (19) which faces toward the bearing with grease.

Apply Loctite 5127 to the mating surfaces of plate (18) and drum support (14) . Position plate (18) onto drum support (14) . Install six bolts (17) .

Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to drum support (14) . The weight of drum support (14) and plate assembly (16) is 135 kg (298 lb).
Position drum support (14) and plate assembly (16) , as shown. The large opening on plate assembly (16) should be in-line with the welded boss on the opposite side of the drum.
Install three bolts (15) which fasten plate assembly (16) to the drum.

Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to drum support (12) . The weight of the drum support is 66 kg (146 lb).
Use a hoist to position drum support (12) , as shown. Install four bolts (13) .

Attach Tooling (A) , Tooling (B) , and a hoist to each drum support, as shown. The combined weight of the drum and drum supports is 675 kg (1490 lb).
Use the hoist to carefully position the drum and drum supports to the original location.
On earlier machines, install shims (11) between drum supports and the frame.
Install eight bolts (8) which fasten right and left drum supports to the machine.
Use the hoist to raise the machine from the wood blocks. Remove the wood blocks and carefully lower the machine to the ground.

Pull all hose assemblies (6) from the front frame and route hose assemblies (6) to the original location. Install hose guard (8) and two bolts (9) .Note: Repeat Step 14 for the opposite side.

Connect four hose assemblies (6) to piston motor (7) .
Position cover (5) onto the drum support and install four bolts (4) .

Position the scraper and spray bar assembly under the front bumper. Install two bolts (3) which fasten the scraper and spray bar assembly to the machine.
Connect water supply line (1) to the spray bar.End By: Install the vibratory motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Vibratory) - Install".
