Installation Procedure
Note: Check the condition of the O-ring seal and check the condition of the gasket. Replace the O-ring seal if the seal is damaged. Replace the gasket if the gasket is damaged.

Position water pump (11) on the hose. Position the water pump and position the hose on the timing gear cover. Install bolts (7) that hold the water pump.
Tighten hose clamp (8) .
Put a new gasket on elbow (9) and position the elbow on water pump (11). Install bolts (10) that hold the elbow in place.
Install hose (6) on elbow (9) and tighten hose clamp.

Connect electrical connector (5) .
Install bolts (4) .

Install the bolt and install clip (2) .
Tighten hose clamps (1) and (3) .
Fill the cooling system to the correct level.
Install the guard assembly and the lower access panel on the left side of the machine.
