Using ET, flash 564-4762 Software into the transmission ECM.
After flashing the software, perform the following calibrations:
Refer to Testing and Adjusting PM620, PM622, PM820, PM822 and PM825 Cold Planer Propel Systems Media Number UENR6292-03
* Propel Pump Pressure Override ? Calibrate
* Propel Current ? Calibrate
* Verify all machine configurations are per actual: i.e. folding conveyor installed/uninstalled, inboard ski installed/uninstalled, dust system installed/uninstalled, etc.
* Test for proper operation of the machine.
* Return to service.

The transmission ECM software needs to be updated on the products listed below. The new software has updated parameter settings which improve propel performance and power management in applications where maximum propel effort and engine power are required and/or where traction control is required. The travel speed indication uses a new method to provide a more stable and accurate indication. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Cat dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
If you are no longer the owner of this product(s), please contact your local Cat dealer so that our records can be updated. Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 10Oct2018 when scheduling this service.
