Installation Procedure
Clean the mating surfaces of the transmission oil cooler core and the bonnets. Install a new gasket at both ends of the transmission oil cooler core.

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to transmission oil cooler core (3), as shown.

Use the hoist and carefully install transmission oil cooler core (3). The weight of the transmission oil cooler core is 50 kg (110 lb).

Install six bolts (12) that secure transmission oil cooler core (3) to front cooler bracket (11) .

Install bracket (8) and bonnet (10) to the rear of the transmission oil cooler core.
Install six bolts (9) that secure bracket (8) and bonnet (10) to the transmission oil cooler core.

Install four bolts (7) that secure bracket (8) to the engine.

Connect hose assembly (6) to the front of transmission oil cooler core (3) .

Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) to the rear of transmission oil cooler core (3) .
Install the left engine side panels for the transmission oil cooler core.

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to ladder assembly (1) .
Install four bolts (2) and ladder assembly (1) .
Fill the transmission oil. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct procedure., End By:
Install the fuel transfer pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Transfer Pump - Remove and Install".
Install the crankcase guard. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR5894, "Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install".
