Installation Procedure
Note: Before installation, inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.

Install O-ring seal (10).
Connect hose assembly (11).
Install four washers (9) and four bolts (8).
Install left screen (5) of the hoist pump, the two washers, and two bolts (7).
Install O-ring seal (2) on hose assembly (1).
Connect hose assembly (1). Install split flange (4), the four washers, and four bolts (3).
Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for right screen (6) of the hoist pump. Note: Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual.End By:
Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
