Use a suitable lifting device to position fender assembly (35D) according to the following Illustrations: Illustration 141, Illustration142and Illustration 143. Use the following items to install fender assembly (35D):
Eight bolts (35K)
18 washers (35G)
Ten bolts (35H)Note: The weight of the fender assembly is 150 kg (330 lb).

Attach baffle (35N) to the tandem according to Illustration 144. Use the following items to attach baffle (35N):
One plate (35E)
12 washers (35G)
12 bolts (35P)

Position handrail (35R) according to Illustration 145. Use the following items to install handrail (35R):

Repeat for the front of the tandem.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 8 for the other side of the machine.Toe-In Adjustment Procedure for the Front Wheels
Before service work is begun, park the machine on a hard level surface. Block the wheels of the machine so unexpected movement will not occur. Unexpected movement of the machine can cause personal injury or death.
Note: The rear tires must be blocked and the parking brake must be set before you begin the toe-in adjustment procedure for the front wheels.

Raise the front end of the machine with the moldboard by extending the lift cylinders.
Mark the centerline of both of the front tires. Measure the dimension and record the dimension.
Rotate the tire around 180 degrees. Measure the dimension and record the dimension.
The toe-in is correct if the measurement in Step 2 equals the measurement in Step 3. The toe-in requires adjustment if the difference is greater than 3.18 mm (0.125 inch).
To adjust the toe-in, loosen nuts (37) on clamps (38). Rotate rod (39) in the direction that is needed to achieve the correct toe-in for the front wheels. When the toe-in adjustment is correct, orient the tie rod clamps according to Illustration 147. Tighten nuts (37).
Repeat Step 2 through Step 4 to verify the toe-in adjustment.
Lower the front end of the machine to the ground.
Remove wheel lean bolt (36).Check for Faults in the Monitoring System
