This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS5387" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from parts stock as soon as possible.

The ball valve of the auxiliary combined circuit may fail on certain 320, 320L, 320N, 320S, 322, 322B, 322B LN, 325L, 325B L, 325B LN, 325N, 330, 330B, 330B LN, 330L and 330N Excavators. The ball of the valve may brake due to fatigue failure and causes internal leak and needs to be replaced.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
When either the 6C6698 or 1174919 Ball Valve Brakes fails, replace it with a new 1442145 Ball Valve. The new 1442145 Valve has a ball made with stronger material and a modified hole size. In addition, the new valve is equipped with a locking system (see Illustration 1) preventing the lever to move during operation.
On some 320 Excavators, is it possible that the locking system interferes with a tube connected to the valve (see Illustration 2).In that case, the locking system has to be removed.
