PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
1. Locate the lever group with the handles. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Uninstall lever group links (A) and (B) by removing the bolt, two hard washers, locknut, two hard washers, spacer, and spring. Refer to Image1.2.1 and 1.2.2.

3. Install the handle linkage assembly in the reverse order of removal.
Group Number 2
1. Locate and remove coupler actuator guard bracket (2). The machine may have one of the two types of guard brackets. Refer to Image2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
2. Remove the two bolts located on the back side of the bracket that holds the guard to the coupler assembly. Refer to Image2.1.3.

3. Locate and remove cotter (3) and (6). Remove pin (4) and (5). Refer to Image2.2.1.
4. Remove the coupler actuator.

5. Locate the Linkage Groups and loosen the mounting bolt. Refer to Image2.3.1.
6. Repeat process for both sides.

7. Install the newly supplied linkage assembly, coupler actuator and guard bracket assembly in the reverse order of removal. The new linkage group has an additional washer. Refer to Image2.4.1.
Note: During the installation process, ensure that one washer is installed on the front side of the actuator rods on both the left hand and right hand side pin. Refer to Image2.4.2.
