Standard Seat Adjustment
Raise the left console in order to make the hydraulic controls inoperable. This will prevent any possibility of unexpected movement of the machine.Adjust the seat at the beginning of each work period. Adjust the seat when you change operators. There should be full pedal travel when the operator is seated against the back of the seat.Always use the seat belt when you operate the machine.

The seat position, the backrest, the headrest, the back support, and other functions can be adjusted. Select the desired positions that will allow full pedal travel and full lever travel. (1) Weight adjustment - In order to adjust the seat for the weight of the operator, turn the weight adjustment knob when the seat is empty. The weight that is set is displayed on the indicator. (2) Height adjustment - The seat height can be adjusted to several settings. Raise the seat until the seat latches in place at the height that is desired. When the seat is raised above the highest setting, the seat will drop back to the lowest position. (3) Seat cushion tilt - To adjust the angle, lift the left hand handle. Exert pressure on the seat pan and off the seat pan in order to move the seat to the angle that is desired. (4) Seat cushion adjustment - To adjust the depth of the seat cushion, lift the right hand handle. Move the seat cushion forward or backward in order to reach the position that is desired. (5) Forward and Backward adjustment of the operator station - To adjust the operator station forward or backward, pull up lever (5) and hold lever (5). Move the operator station to the desired position. Release lever (5) in order to lock the operator station in the selected position. (6) Forward and Backward seat adjustment - To adjust the seat forward or backward, pull up lever (6) and hold lever (6). Move the seat to the desired position. Release lever (6) in order to lock the seat in the selected position. (7) Headrest (if equipped) - The height of the headrest can be adjusted by pulling the headrest upward over several increments. The angle of the headrest can be adjusted by pushing the headrest forward or backward. To remove the headrest, pull the headrest over the stop at the end of the increments. (8) Seat heater - Press the switch in order to turn on the seat heater. (9) Lumbar support - Turn the adjustment knob clockwise or counterclockwise in order to adjust the lumbar support. (10) Height of the Armrest - To adjust the height of the armrest, turn the knob at the rear of the armrest one quarter of a turn. Then pull on the knob, which releases the armrest. The armrest can now be raised or lowered into the position that is desired. Allow the spring-loaded knob to snap into the respective notch. Tighten the knob in order to secure the knob.
