Install an elbow (19) with a new O-ring (24) to the connector for the tube assembly. Then, install another elbow (20) with a O-ring (24) to elbow (19), which was installed to the connector for the tube assembly. See Illustration 19.Note: Orient the elbows toward the load control valve.
Fabricate hose assembly (W) per Step 25.a through Step 25.c. Hose assembly (W) will connect between elbow (20) which is installed in the rod end circuit for the tilt cylinder and elbow (20) at Port (V2) of the load control valve.
Determine the length of hose that will be adequate for hose assembly (W) .
Cut the 238-8340 Hose (10) to length.
Install a 8T-1710 Permanent Coupling (11) on each end of the hose.
Install hose assembly (W) between elbow (20) which is installed in the rod end circuit for the tilt cylinder and elbow (20) at Port (V2) of the load control valve. Use an O-ring (24) in each connection.
Fabricate hose assembly (V) per Step 27.a through Step 27.c. Hose assembly (V) will connect between the 90° hose coupling in the rod end circuit for the tilt cylinder and elbow (20)
