Dear Cat Product Owner:
The front damper pulley bolts need to have the proper torque applied on certain 725C Articulated Trucks, 966M Wheel Loaders, C9 Petroleum Engines, and C9.3 Industrial Engines. The existing front damper pulley bolts may have a low torque condition and loosen which, in conjunction with other factors, may result in a risk of personal injury or death. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Cat dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
